Ashiley Hall

Learning & Wellness Facilitator

From a young age, Ashiley wanted to help people, and that passion has guided her journey through various roles as a scientist, teacher, and customer service worker. She found her true calling in social work, and is thrilled to bring her dedication to ITSCO, where the mission and approach deeply resonate with her.

Ashiley believes that change and mistakes are inevitable, but what matters most is how we respond to them. Her goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges by offering consistent support, honest guidance, and advocacy. She strives to empower clients to reach out for help when needed and to move forward with a plan for growth.

She is inspired by the resilience of humanity—the countless individuals who face struggles unseen by the world yet continue to persevere. What concerns her is the lack of care for others on a global scale, as discrimination and harm toward marginalized groups persist. Ashiley hopes to remind every client that, at the core, we all share the same needs and desires: to be understood, supported, and valued.
